App Install Steps

( We strongly suggest you update your phone to the most recent version of your phone’s operating system first which can be done in the settings tab )
Step 1. Go to the Google Play or App Store and download the app for your iPhone or Android.
Step 2. Once the app is on your mobile device click the icon and go to the sign up section and click sign up.
Step 3. Carefully fill in the information and be sure to give a working email address, as you will need this to access it in order to verify your account.
Step 4. You will receive an OTP message asking you to go to your email and retrieve the passcode that you will then need to enter into the app to activate your account.
Step 5. Once you have entered the OTP code the app will pull up on your mobile device first asking you if you want the mapping turned on or not. Most users click allow once but it’s up to you.
You will also see the Candidate awareness window pop up with information about new candidates. You can either click the learn more or the close box.
Step 6. Go to the upper left-hand corner of the app and click the menu which will bring up your election integrity tools. Everything else from here is self-explanatory or you can watch the explainer videos on the official website to learn more about how to most efficiently use the app.
